A company was very busy for a fixed period and needed additional statistical resources for a specific task.
A statistician at the company had resigned. My task was to take over their role as project/study statistician and move the project forward. When a new employee was hired, my task was to give them a thorough introduction and make sure they were ready to take full responsibility.
A company did not have their own statistician, but needed statistical support for a study they were starting up.
A company outsourced their clinical studies to a CRO. However, they wanted a local statistician for discussions, to provide input to the protocol, and to review the statistical analysis plan and the study report.
